Itinerary Rainbow Mountain In Quad Bike:

• Departure from Cusco: Our journey begins early in the morning, as we head south from Cusco. Along the way, we pass through the towns of Huasao, Tipon, and Oropesa—each offering a glimpse into the region’s rich culture and history. Oropesa, in particular, is celebrated for its artisanal bread.
• Huarcapay and Andahuaylillas: Next, we venture past Huarcapay, where the famous lagoon, known for its diverse birdlife and stunning vistas, awaits. Our route then takes us to Andahuaylillas, home to the “Sistine Chapel of America,” a testament to the area’s deep historical and artistic heritage.
• Breakfast at Paucarpata: Arriving at our base of operations in Paucarpata, located near the Vinicunca restaurant, we enjoy a hearty breakfast. This spot also serves as our meeting point after the tour for a fulfilling lunch.
• ATV Adventure Begins: We will continue in the car for approximately one hour and twenty minutes until we reach the famous red valley. Here our guide will provide us with the necessary safety equipment and an explanation for the correct use of the ATVs. The trip there is approximately 30 minutes and another 30 minutes to return.
• Hike to Rainbow Mountain: Leaving the ATVs at the last point, we will begin a hike of approximately one hour in which we will pass by the viewpoint of the red valley and then reach the mountain of colors, the return will be a walk of approximately one hour and fifteen minutes until we reach where the ATVs are located.
• Return and Lunch: Upon arriving at the ATV base, our vehicle will take us back to the restaurant where a delicious buffet lunch will be waiting for us, then we will return to our hotel in the city of Cusco.
